A PRACTITIONERS OF MUSICK PRESENCE – PATRIOTS WEEK 2024 COLONIAL BALL

Colonial Ball

On December 27th, 2024 a festive Colonial Ball, sponsored by The Old Barracks Museum, was held in the commodious space of the Historic Masonic Lodge in Trenton, New Jersey. The Colonial Ball has pride of place as a major celebration during the annual “Patriots Week” in commemoration  of General George Washington’s victory on December 26th, 1776 at the Battle of Trenton.

The musicians included violinist Ridley Enslow, Sue Dupre who served  as dance mistress, English flute player John Burkhalter and member of the Practitioners of Musick, Anne Enslow player of Hammered Dulcimer, and double bass player Timothy O’Connor.
